His Royal Highness, Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and Her Royal Highness Camilla, the Duchess of Corn wall have sent their best wishes to autism campaigners Ivan and Charika Corea who founded the UK Autism Foundation and Autism Sunday, now a massive worldwide event.

Ivan Corea thanked Prince Charless and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall for their kind wishes.

In 2002 Ivan Corea presented His Royal Highness Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales with an autism awareness ribbon. This was the first ever autism awareness ribbon received by the Prince of Wales at St.James's Palace in London. Ivan Corea spoke to Prince Charles about autism and about their son Charin who has ASD.

There are over 500,000 people with autism in the United Kingdom.
